About RuralShores Foundation

RuralShores Foundation (RSF) is a Section 8 company registered under Section 12AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961 incorporated in 2010, which works closely with RuralShores Business Services P Ltd (RSBS) and RuralShores Skills Academy P Ltd (RSA) to skill, train and employ educated rural youth. . It also aims to create an eco-system, where rural youth contribute as change agents in the social & economic development of the villages they belong to through intervention in pediatric health, medical camps and meals for school going children.


RuralShores Foundation has experience of over 13 years in providing employment to the rural youth in their neighborhood in India. It is done initially by providing training and subsequently providing job in the ITES industry through RSBS.


Collaboration with Corporates on creation of infrastructure, through the CSR funding (approx. INR 3 Crores) has helped business opportunities to come in, which has helped us train rural youth and provide employment.

So far, RSA and RSBS have trained over 37,000 youth and created over 21,000 jobs in the rural areas since inception. Presently RSBS has 12 delivery centres in eight states and have a current head count of 2850.

Our model is focused on creating opportunities around a social problems. We collaborate with organizations who need to deploy their funds or need to help to social cause and also NGOs who have scale & knowledge to provide solution to the problem. Together we engage with the community to address the problem in a sustainable & holistic way.
